The best facial mask

The best facial mask is honey, because it helps in opening the pores and cleansing it. It should be first rinsed off with lukewarm water and then with cold water to close the pores since the pores should be closed after cleansing. Application of facial masks is a must to open the pores in the skin and to remove the dirt and grit inside the skin and close it thereafter, glowing skin is a very big asset especially in a woman’s beauty, even if one is dark, if one’s skin is glowing it gives an elegant beautiful look which cannot compete with a fair-skinned person, full of pimples.

What a weird and inappropriate remark. Fair skin can't compete with dark skin? Isn't that subjective?

I do not think that was inappropriate at all! Made sense to me, and this is great I tried it and it works better than the proactive! Kuods

Fantastic masks :)
but the comment:
"even if one is dark, if one’s skin is glowing it gives an elegant beautiful look which cannot compete with a fair-skinned person, full of pimples." is a bit confusing.

There is no need for competition/comparison between different skin colours. They are all beautiful if well cared for. Fair isn´t better than dark just because we live in a culture that favours fair.
I´m not saying that everyone has to like all the skin colours in the same way, but by comparing a glowing dark skin to a dimpled fair skin, the remark [quietely] reminds me that dark will have to work harder to be considered beautiful as fair is the beauty norm.

Really? Are you stuck in the 40s? It was totally insulting and I'm as pale as they come.

Wow...
I was really loving your blog until you made that remark. It's as though you're racist and you don't even know it.

Yea definitely a comment that would have been better left unsaid because you really sound ignorant. Distracted from the mask all because your audacity to say something that stupid.

Oh btw. Great mask.

"Dark will have to work harder to be considered beautiful.." My ass. Dumb shit.

The remark about skin tones was rude, very rude.

She is saying full of pimples. Not the fact that your skin color is dark or not. Grow up people, it's a fucking blog for skincare. Go somewhere else if you don't like her opinion. And I'm pretty sure she would know if she's racist. It's a personal choice. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for being ignorant and RUDE. Anyway, I love honey! Feels so good on your skin

Olive and dark skins have a natural glow when reflected from the sun. That's why fair skinned people use tanners, because the glow reflects from the light. Fair skinned people have more of a matte look, which is nice too! =)

In the media long straight hair and fairer skin is often concidered beautiful. Darker people such as those who are black dont natrually have these traits. They use weave for example to look how many people concider to be beautiful. The comment subtly tells you that darker skin can be just as beautiful. Grow up, shes not racist, however the media can be, how often is there a dark person on the cover of vogue?

Enjoy your face mask it works!!!

Sigh. People will never learn grammar or how to spell. This blog post sounds racist and devoid of directions. A bear might attack all that honey.
